I started my fitness journey at age 51. I had been what I thought was fit for quite a few years. I had been doing kettlebell workouts, trail running, and wasn’t making much progress. So I hired a trainer.
I changed the way I eat, how I move and exercise, and how I view health. In the first year of training I cut 7 minutes of my 10K time. I lost 15 pounds and am now healthier than I have ever been.
